Our new Premium Houses are dream vacation homes! At approximately 4,000 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, your privacy is ensured. The main level bedrooms are divided by the living room, dining area and kitchen, while the upstairs bedrooms are spaced well apart. One upstairs bedroom even has it’s own private deck with a view of the Caribbean.

After a day of diving, gather with family and friends in the living room to exchange stories of the day’s adventures. The dining room is large enough to accommodate all your meals and parties, and the kitchen provides all your modern appliances, including a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of counter space for food preparation. There’s even an eating bar with stools.

The houses are furnished with modern up-scale furnishings and are air-conditioned. As added benefits, the bedrooms have individual temperature controls and a washer and dryer has been provided for your use.

You’ll want to take full advantage of all the decks that these houses provide. The decks are tiled and provide a place to gather and watch the magnificent sunset or simply relax with your friends and family. Each house has three decks, one outside the upstairs bedroom, one outside the kitchen and finally the largest deck welcomes you and your guests into the entry area at the front of the house. Many of the front entry decks are screened and include a table or two, hammocks and chairs. Just relax in and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. These houses are truly a home away from home.
