Roatan Weather

The Bay Islands are blessed with annual temperatures of about 81 degrees F and nearly perfect weather. From a low in January of 78º F, to a high in August of 94º F, any month is a perfect time for a visit.

Be sure and pack your sunscreen and expect a daytime high in the mid-80’s and 90’s, with nighttime lows in the 70’s. This is your opportunity to relax in the sun and work on your tan.

Rainy season varies from year to year, but on average we can expect rain from October to February During the rest of the year, rainfall is minimal unless there’s a storm in the Caribbean. But don’t worry, there’s still plenty of sunshine to enjoy during your stay!

The water around Luna Beach is spectacular and depending on the time of year can range from turquoise to deep or light blue. The coral reef around Luna Beach ensures that that water near the beach is calm, unless there is a tropical storm.
